We are pleased to service the following tape dispensers: Better Packages® 555 series, 555e series, Phoenix® R, E and M series.
Fast Lead Time
As of March 2025, our lead time on service is now 1-5 business days, depending on machine model, condition and service volume.
Complete Teardown as Needed
When we service a machine, we want you to be able to use it for years – we check that it is working to specifications, adjust, repair or replace parts as needed, clean all soiled components, and put it back together. All corroded fasteners are replaced with stainless steel fasteners if available. Rarely, a machine may need rust proofing to preserve its longevity – this will require up to 2 days of paint drying, but can add years to the life of a machine.
All of our service is guaranteed for 3 months – just contact us and we will make it right for you. While we guarantee the parts replaced and labor on your machine, we cannot guarantee parts we did not replace. Return shipping on machines will be your responsibility. If you have any issues outside of this window, feel free to contact us – we will do our best to work with you.
Competitive Pricing
Service: We charge a flat service rate of $89.50 for manual machines (including the M2 and 333+ with top heaters) and $135.95 for electric machines.
Parts: In addition to this fee, we charge for parts, shipping and a double-walled box if needed. We charge 50%-75% for used parts, and if none are available, regular rate for new parts.
Boxes: Most machines we receive do not need a new box. We will only charge you for a box if the machine was received without a box suitable for return shipping. Box Double Wall 22″ × 14″ × 12″: $7.75. These boxes have the Tigerseal logo so you can find them easily.
Shipping: Market rates – UPS and FedEx ground services are standard. Other services available upon request.
