If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
All defective items are covered by our 100% quality guarantee provided that you contact us for a claim within 90 days of the placement of the original order. Items are also covered if you receive the wrong product, or a product is not as listed. Please contact Tigerseal Products LLC at (800)899-9389 or for a replacement or a refund on defective items. Tigerseal Products LLC will purchase return shipping should an item need to be returned in the course of the replacement of items or the refunding of your payment. We will let you know how to pack and return the product.
If you change your mind about an item you ordered:
Intact, stock products may be returned to Tigerseal Products LLC if you contact us at (800)899-9389 or within 90 days from the date of purchase. If you ordered the wrong product, we may be able to exchange it for the product that you need. Custom items (such as those with a customer logo imprint) are not eligible for refund and cannot be replaced unless they are found to be defective, in which case Tigerseal Products LLC will pay for any return shipping costs, and no restock fee will apply. On some items, a 15% or 25% restock fee may apply upon the return of non-defective products. Tigerseal Products LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

Once you have returned your product:
Please allow 5 business days from our receipt of a return for us to issue a refund or replacement. We will contact you if we need more information to do this. Replacements will be for the same or superior product to that ordered, unless other arrangements (such as an exchange) have been made by contacting us. Refunds will be issued to the credit card charged in the original order, or via check.
