Tigerseal Products strives to provide not only superior quality products but also exceptional customer service and support.

 

Warranty

Tigerseal Products warrants its products to be free of defects at the time of purchase Warranties by specific product group:

Postage Supplies/Thermal Label Supplies/Color Coding Labels/Point of Sales Supplies

90 day guarantee against defects in material and workmanship. If a you’re not satisfied with the quality or performance you can return the product for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer, If the product proves to be defective we will reimburse the purchaser for return shipping. After 90 days from date of purchase please call us so we can discuss the specific situation.

 

Packaging Equipment

The equipment warranty for each product appears on that products individual page. If a problem occurs under warranty it is the customer responsibility to return the product to Tigerseal Products LLC for authorized warranty service. We will pay return costs of the product.

 

Warranty Conditions

All products must be returned in the original packaging. If that is not available please call us.

If only a partial amount of the order is being returned please call us first.

 

Liability

Tigerseal products is only liable for the refund or exchange of a defective product. We are not liable for loss, damage or expense for the use of our products

Custom items cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase but are subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees apply to:

Custom Orders

Custom orders can have a + or – 10% overrun/underrun which will be reflected on the invoice
