Quick Service Tip Check the measuring wheel and make sure it is secured to the upper feed wheel shaft. It should not spin easily on the feed wheel shaft. If it does check the set screw on the collar of the measuring wheel and make sure it is tight. A loose or broken measuring wheel will cause very long tape lengths to be dispensed. Long tape lengths could also be due to a defective tape length sensor
