New moistening brushes can provide superior tape moistening and reduce tape jams compared to old worn brushes. This is especially true if your current moistening brushes have a heavy deposit of glue and minerals. Replacing the brushes with new brushes saves time and money

Note: the new style brush is a single, thick brush without the cotter pin. These new brushes should wedge against the brush retainer – never push the base below the retainer.

Quick Service Tip Clean brushes periodically. It is suggested they be washed (along with the Water Tank) monthly in warm soapy water. When re-installing the brushes make sure the angle of the brush follows the direction of the tape flow. Moistening Brushes can’t be reversed. Previously “555E-MOISTGBRUSHES” / E55513201
