Solenoid Assembly Complete Including Plunger and Shelf
Located inside all Better Packages 555 e Series Tape Machines, the Solenoid and Plunger Assembly pulls the Upper Shear down while at the same time raises the Lower Feed Wheel Shaft.
Quick Service Tip: Occasionally the Solenoid will make a loud “chattering” noise. This can be caused by several things. Low voltage can cause the solenoid to chatter. After years of operation, the solenoid can loose it’s power. It could also be as simple as cleaning and oiling the solenoid plunger. If you hear a loud chatter call us and we can tell you how to clean your solenoid first before going through the expense of replacing it.
