Quick Service Tip If, when pressing a tape length, your machine dispenses very long lengths the issue may be the Encoder Disk Reader OR the Encoder Disk. First, check to make sure the Encoder Disk is secured firmly to the Upper Feed Wheel Shaft.. If it is the long tape lengths are usually due to a defective Encoder Disk Reader.
