Quick Service Tip There are 2 tape guides used in the tape basket area. If one or both are missing they need to be replaced. Missing tape guides will cause the tape to “skew” left and right causing tape jams. Check your machine and make sure the tape guides are installed correctly – tape guides should be set to the width of the tape roll
